From the start of ordering my new Ecosport with Dominic to collecting it, I couldn’t have asked for better service. Dominic was always there to answer any of my questions and always informed me of any updates on my new car. Everything was ready for me on handover day with no problems. I brought my previous fiesta from Burns and was extremely happy then and I wouldn’t want to go to any other garage. Thank you Dominic and to everyone at Burns garage for such great service.

G BorlandCongleton10/10/2018I know the garage well and are always welcoming. They did put themselves out and did ensure I was aware of any additional work that needed to be carried out. The service engineer who phoned me ensured that I was aware of the work that needed to be carried out in addition to the service to rectify issues with the car. I was told what was needed to be done, cost implications and if required support in prioritising what was to be carried out. All work was completed within the day. I like how they have changed to texting the owner when the work is completed, which is a lot more efficient. Things to improve, perhaps shout about their excellent, reliable service more loudly. How they can be trusted to get the work completed on time with efficient service. No problem this time, but if there has ever been an issue they listen and act. Even at 8am when my car made a loud noise and I turned up on the door step, Mr Burns smiled and sorted out the car, booking it in that day. Reliable and I don't feel that I'm being ripped off, there are few people who I trust to work on my car, now that my father is no longer here to keep it on the road.
